Cameron Sanders
Partner and Creative Director (New Zealand)
Cameron is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading designers. He has broad experience in corporate and brand identity development and management and packaging. He has contributed to the success of projects for clients such as Wellington Airport, Glasgow Prestwick Airport, Nestlé, Powerco, Te Papa, Industrial Research and Infratil.
As Creative Director he is responsible for
integrating the overall creative direction for clients
to ensure it contributes to achieving their business strategies. He was instrumental in developing an unique branding platform for Infratil for it’s Airport investments
in Wellington and Scotland.
More recently he was involved in redesigning the
New Zealand flag as part of a campaign to change the national flag. Cameron has been involved in the design community for 18 years and established
Cato Partners (NZ) Limited in 1996.
Kim Honiss
Account Manager
Kim has over 16 years experience in account management and client relationship within the design industry, with an emphasis on working with printed communications, and a practical grounding in design production.
This enables her to guide and assist clients on both the strategic and technical aspects of their projects.
Kim has worked with a wide range of clients including government agencies on communication campaigns; investment companies for investment statements; small businesses, private companies and publicly listed companies managing their identity projects and wide ranging communication materials.
Four years with Cato Partners, has seen Kim build strong and enduring relationships with clients and be able to gain a thorough understanding of their branding requirements
Heather Ware
Strategy, Business and Brand Culture
Heather has extensive national and international experience in strategy, marketing, branding and team management. With a BBS Hons in Marketing, she followed her passion to invigorate the profile of
New Zealand companies to achieve their objectives. Prior to joining Cato in 2010 projects included the launch of “Cervena”– natural tender venison into the United States, managing the “Weight Watchers UK” brand, Marketing and Funds Director during the development of “Te Papa “– Our Place, the “Work and Income NZ” merger. She has facilitated workshops and role-played for Cerno Ltd’s assessment centres and set up and managed an international student guardianship business. Heather was the Executive Director Marketing for The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, with a staff of 30, including the Maori and Pasifika marketing team prior to managing the launch of ‘Snapper’ into the Wellington region.
Since joining Cato, Heather has lead the brand development and strategy for Z Energy, FMA, Refining NZ and AJ Park and worked with some Australian clients.
