As the Director of Strategy Development of
Consulus Cato Partners, Lawrence Chong helps clients
to build leading brands that are distinct, influential and capable of achieving sustainable growth. He is a strategic thinker, responsible for assessing possible threats and offering counter-offensive strategies.

Lawrence is a regular speaker at regional seminars organised by firms such as Asia Business Forum, Pacific Conferences and Asia Events in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China. He has spoken before the Singapore Institute of Management, the American Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore Police Force and Tokio Marine Asia. In 2005, Lawrence was also a judge for the Singapore Promising Brand Awards, the countrys top event for SME.

Gim is an expert in strategic design and communications and is a director with the perceptions management division of Consulus Cato Partners. A veteran of 24 years in the industry with widespread connections throughout China and South-East Asia, Gim has an in-depth understanding of business practices throughout this region. Gim’s education includes graduating from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. Gim has also had various committee roles entrusted to him including President of the Singapore Association of Book Designers and Illustrators. Gim’s extensive experience makes him a valued member of our team.
